Each of these 50 cards developed by wedding expert, Annie Lee of Daughter of Design®, teaches common terminology, abbreviations, and other wedding vocabulary to help familiarize novices with wedding culture and have them sounding like natives in no time.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Annie Lee is the principal planner of Daughter of Design ®, a leading wedding planning firm recently named a Top Planner by Harper’s Bazaar, The Knot, Brides, PartySlate, and Martha Stewart Weddings. As a planner who is constantly working with newly engaged couples and their families, Annie often found herself playing wedding professor, teaching the same wedding terms to new clients. She created these beginner-level flashcards to help acclimate newbies to the wedding world and hopefully remove some of the haze that surrounds it.

Annie Lee is also recognized as “the wedding doyenne” and expert by Brides,  ”celebrity entertaining expert” by People Magazine and a “Woman in Action – Entertaining Expert” by Shape Magazine. Lee was selected to sit on the NYC board of the nonprofit organization, Wish Upon a Wedding and headed the Event Chair. Daughter of Design ®, who is a sought after authority on new trends, has recently planned the 1st New Year’s Eve wedding in Times Square and 14 Valentine’s Day weddings atop the Empire State Building.
